Frank Cardella was born and raised in New York City in an Italian family. Food was the center of every event, every holiday. Frank became a "chef" at a very young age, when as a hungry eight year old boy, he decided he could certainly cook his own eggs! And boy could he... he quickly became the family go-to guy when you were hungry. "Frank, make me a sandwich? It just tastes better when you make it" was a common request. This spurred Frank's passion for making people (or rather, their stomachs) happy.
Years of experience in restaurant kitchens have expanded Frank's horizons - instead of cooking for a family event of 12 people, he's been cooking for 1200 people! With an exceptional knowledge of a broad range of culinary styles, Frank can create a menu for your event that will impress everyone. Frank knows that taste is an incredibly individual thing, that's why he works with each of his clients individually. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
